A lot, says Dr Jessica Barker, Chair, ClubCISO. Interviewed at teissLondon2020, Jessica explained how by describing people as the "problem" not only alienates them, but is also psychologically harmful to them.
Jessica believes the cyber security industry needs to adopt a "people centric" approach, which will lead to a much better security posture.
