Naina is the Chief Information Security Officer at Danone where she is responsible for delivering the cybersecurity vision and roadmap for the company working alongside her colleagues from IT, Operations (including factories), R&I, Finance, Strategy and HR, among others. She believes that being a business partner and making cybersecurity relevant for the business is one of the most important facets of her job.

She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, co-leading on the topic for the 1000+ information technology team at Danone. She has previously co-founded a Women in Cyber initiative at a global Big 4 firm and headed up cybersecurity diversity and inclusion for EMEA at another. Most recently she has won a Financial Times and 30% club essay competition for a fully funded place at Henley Business School's MBA programme.

Passionate C-suite Cyber executive who participates in strategic planning, risk assessment, and is responsible for building and delivering a comprehensive business-enabling security program. Accountable for delivering an information security-conscious culture and a pragmatic framework built on policies and procedures that are compliant with local law and guidelines.

Munawar is a self motivated and highly organised professional with seventeen years of Information Security and IT Risk Management experience. Extensive business and technology stakeholder management coupled with hands-on issue tracking, reporting and delivery focus.

Holly Foxcroft

NeuroDiversity Consultant

Holly was voted one of the 50 most influential woman in cyber in 2019, and one of the top 25 for 2020.

 

Holly works closely with business, governing bodies, education and charities to help guide, consult and promote best practice around neurodiversity, champion the strengths of a neurodiverse mindset and how to develop skill sets.  She has also become a member of the stakeholder intelligence group for the police to assist and guide on cyber-crime.

 

She currently researches the social science of cyber security and teaches a blend of technical and technical cyber security subjects at Chichester College.
