EMEA Resilience Lead
Ruth is a resilience, risk and security specialist with 20 years of international experience. She designs and implements strategies, operating models and programmes to anticipate, manage and respond to threats, (non-financial) risks and disruptions, related to people, information, assets and reputation within the extended enterprise. She also provides training and workshops to key stakeholders in order to raise awareness and ensure preparedness and an effective response.
By identifying and implementing solutions and raising awareness she has helped multiple organisations ensure resilience is defined, embedded, and considered at Board level.
She collaborates with stakeholders and simplifies complex solutions to ensure the output is both effective and appropriate for the culture of the organisation.

Qualified with ISO 22301 Lead Auditor for business continuity (2014), CBCI (2013) and MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management. Team-oriented, skills in cross-cultural communication, training, business development and problem-solving. Experienced in working in English and Spanish.
