Estonia's e-revolution began in the 1990's, not long after independence from the Soviet Union. However the massive cyber breach of 2007 was a wake-up call for the country, helping Estonians become experts in cyber defence today.

Originally from Belfast, Joseph has been based in Estonia since 2003.
