CircleCi confirms malware attack on employee’s laptop, leading to a security incident

Software company CircleCi confirmed that last month, unidentified threat actors infiltrated the company’s systems and data by taking control of an employee’s laptop and using malware to steal their two-factor authentication-backed credentials.
