Milena is a recognised thought leader in resilience, with over 16 years of experience across financial services, brokerage, law, and real estate. She currently serves as Head of Business Continuity & Resilience, EMEA at BGC Group and Cantor Fitzgerald, and is the Founder of ResilienceArc.

She has deep expertise in business continuity, crisis management, risk governance, and enterprise resilience. As Vice-Chair of the ISRM UK Chapter, trusted board advisor, and active member of BCI, ISACA, SASIG, and the Virtue Community at The Hacking Games, Milena is widely respected for turning complex risks into clear, actionable strategies.

She has also served as a judge for the ISACA Global Achievement Awards and twice for the Recruiters Investing in Talent Awards.
