Michelle is an experienced leader with 30 years’ experience across a wide range of disciplines including Lean Sigma, Project Management, Risk and Governance.
Starting her career in branch banking Michelle’s experience includes EWRM, incident management, relationship & supplier management, regulated and non-regulated sales, people coaching and development, banking product and policy governance, implementing process improvement through the use of Six Sigma & LEAN methodologies, project management and business process development & governance.
She joined Communisis in 2016 to build a risk function for the Customer Experience division focused on supporting clients within strongly regulated markets. More recently she has taken on responsibility for risk across the full Communisis group bringing together a number of specialist areas to create a team focusing on Business Resilience.
Described as “a great communicator who deals with difficult situations extremely well and ensures the interests of [her area] are protected while at the same time serving the wider [Group]” Michelle thrives on providing excellent solutions to customers and colleagues alike and is noted for her excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
